Yes, your order can be delivered by our courier service.  Orders received by noon are delivered the same day, after noon orders arrive the next day.  Applicable charges apply.

Yes, many items ship same day via UPS.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, checks or cash.  Trade credit is available for those who qualify.

Please call 713-675-5391 (option 1) to request an RMA number. Use Merchandise Return Form attached to packing list to return unopened/unused items within 30 days. *Note: Custom run items may not be eligible for return and non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee.

All stock items that are unopened and unused may be returned for a full credit. Non-stock items may be subject to restocking fees. Custom run items may not be eligible for refund.

Any order can be cancelled prior to shipping. Once shipped it is subject to the return/refund policies.
